Issue #170

☁️What’s on my mind

How nice it is to be completely offline sometimes, not even knowing what is happening around you. That’s why some news reached me relatively late.

Crowdstrike’s problems with the annoying bug that caused the global incident are for sure old news.

Microsoft has pointed the finger of blame at the EU. If it had not been for their decision, back in 2009, to impose on Microsoft the need to give software manufacturers access to the operating system’s kernel, this would not have happened.

Once again, it has been shown that we live in a world that is too dependent on modern technology. And many times, the institutions that shape our lives make decisions that harm the whole world.

Have a nice week,
Matic Z.
