How to Restore a Deleted OneDrive? When a user leaves an organization, their OneDrive files are retained for 30 days by default. Admins can restore deleted OneDrive accounts via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center or PowerShell. SharePoint admins can also adjust the default retention period for deleted OneDrive users, ensuring data preservation and accessibility within Microsoft 365.
How to Create High Volume Email Account in Exchange Online. High Volume Email (HVE) in Exchange Online enables users to send bulk emails without third-party tools. Supporting 100,000 recipients per day per tenant, HVE simplifies email management and improves efficiency.

New Endpoint Security Windows Baseline. Microsoft’s updated Endpoint Security Baseline for Windows 10 introduces many new options and an expanded Administrative Templates section. To utilize the updates, create a new Security Baseline using the provided GitHub links.
Conditional Access Security Settings For Countries Location In Entra. Microsoft Entra ID’s conditional access feature enables control over resource access based on location. Admins can define trusted areas, such as office IPs or specific countries, enhancing security. However, IP address mapping to countries may not be perfect, and GPS location doesn’t work with passwordless authentication methods.

Microsoft Unbundles Teams from Office To Address Antitrust Worries. Microsoft has unbundled Teams from Office 365 and Microsoft 365, offering standalone Teams and “no Teams” versions to address antitrust concerns. Effective April 1, new customers must purchase a standalone Teams Enterprise subscription alongside their 365-branded productivity suite. EU has spoiled the game globally.
How AI Could Shorten the Work Week. Generative AI is streamlining work across industries, sparking discussions about shorter work weeks. However, near-term implementation is unlikely as it requires operational changes and a focus on higher-value activities rather than reducing work hours.
