☁️What’s on my mind

There are many users and entire organizations that have high hopes for what the Copilot service line will offer.

As far as I hear whispers, the thinking is along the lines of: ‘I’ll type something up and the result will come out, or “Copilot make me a presentation for my boss. Let him have exactly the charts and figures he wants”.

Once we have learned that Copilot is just as stupid as we, who are bossing it around, we are on the way to using it properly.

What will happen? I dare predict that a new market will open up for paid online courses to teach users how to use all this new technology most effectively. The same has already happened with ChatGPT.

And this market is big because the potential customers range from programmers who (already) use GitHub Copilot, to data analysts, business analysts, marketing, finance, not to mention cyber security engineers, and so on. Who among them has the time to study everything from scratch?

So if you are looking for a niche, this one is certainly full of money, but it is also full of pitfalls. People will expect miracles.

What do you think? Drop me a line or two.

Have a really nice rest of the week,
Matic Z.
