☁️What’s on my mind

Fun fact of the week: extra storage for SharePoint Online is … extra expensive.

Microsoft allocates 1 TB of SharePoint Online space for each company that has at least one subscription that includes SharePoint Online.

Each user adds 10 GB to this SharePoint quota. So a company with 100 users has 2 TB available.

If you want more, you’ll have to dig deep into your pockets. The price is in cents per GB, but when you climb to the whole terabyte, the price is hefty.

Office 365 Extra File Storage, as it is called, is not cheap.

Have a really nice rest of the week,
Matic Z.

While sifting through the content on Reddit, I came across this interesting debate.

This comment really made my day:
“no 2fa, set the damn password to expire every 4 hours, no repeating the last 25 passwords, minimum 12 char pw. make them BEG for 2fa.” 🙂

The process of creating and managing these tags is pretty straightforward, and you can even delegate tag management to other team members if needed. Just keep in mind that tags only work within the specific team they were created for and in standard channels.
