☁️What’s on my mind

Those of us who work in the Microsoft ecosystem in a partner support role know that we have been quite involved in the changes that Microsoft has introduced over the past year.

The OLP program has been discontinued, NCE has been introduced, the pricing of some products has changed as of 1 March, the partner program has changed radically, and the transition from DAP to GDAP is still ongoing.

But what will this year bring?

If I know anything for sure, we will certainly see a name change of some kind for one of Microsoft’s products. My money is on it.

Many times it would be appropriate to simply shut down Teams when you need to take some time to concentrate. But heck, that’s when your boss will need you, and the first thing he’ll do is nag you about why you’re unavailable on Teams.

Sometimes the messages that rain down on my desktop drive me crazy. Some I simply have to read, others are completely irrelevant. But in any case, they distract me for a few minutes. I don’t know Slack, but it seems to me that we all have similar problems with message and notification inflation.

Use Microsoft Lists to track contacts throughout the year. You can use Lists to track communications and keep track of follow-ups and feedback.
