☁️What’s on my mind
Identity management is one of the not-so-nice user experiences within the Microsoft ecosystems.
Why do I still have to think about whether I need to sign into a service with a Microsoft account or a Work/School account residing on Azure AD? To add to the confusion, I can have both identities tied to the same email address.
I used to have a separate document where I kept a record of which identity I needed to use to access the Microsoft Partner Centre, Azure admin portal, or other Microsoft services.
MS Identity policy is one of my pet peeves.
