I’m a big fan of Youtube content creators. There’s a lot of great channels covering Microsoft 365, certification examp prep courses, technology in general.

I think I will compile a list of the majority of the best resources I follow on a regular basis. Probably it will be enough for an extra issue of this newsletter.

FEATURED STORY: WINDOWS 365 – PART II.

If you don’t know already, Microsoft released Windows 365. What on Earth is W365?
Explained in a short sentence: it’s a streaming service for Windows OS. A kind of Netflix for streaming computers. Streaming movies seems natural but streaming Windows seems a bit strange. But that is what W365 is: streamed computer with crazy fast 10 Gbit/s connectivity, always up to date and always ready for you to continue where you left.

Windows 365 Deep Dive. Very detailed review of Windows 365 (Youtube video). If you’re into technical details and you’re familiar also with Azure infrastructure then go for it.

New “Windows 365” Cloud PCs – Testing & Benchmarks. Another great Youtube video. Covering pricing and benchmarks perspective.

Windows 365 Enterprise documentation. Official Microsoft documentation.

Microsoft will soon let Teams web users add background effects and share system audio. Web user experience for Teams was always behind the features of the native app. But some good features are coming also to the web version of Teams.

How to Enable Transcription in Microsoft Teams. Automated meeting notes are a reality in Teams with Transcription option. Read on the article if you want to learn how to enable them and how transcription is different from live captions.

The point of connecting Yammer and Viva is knowing who knows what. The same as Teams, Yammer also doubled its user base in the past year and a half. But I’ve noticed users are having problems with, for example, migrating those authorization apps to new devices. The process can be stressful.
