I think I am experiencing Zoom/Teams fatigue.
It’s much more natural for me to have real eye-to-eye conversations and quiet sit-downs with my colleagues over a coffee than constantly jumping from one meeting to another not having time to even take a leak.
That’s why I utilized a new setting in Outlook that cuts meeting times in the end and leaves time to stretch legs between video calls. And when I don’t feel like opening the cam I just don’t.
